Josh is a follower of Jesus Christ with an amazing tale of hope and redemption he shares with others.

For years Josh was a drug and alcohol addict, and spent several years living on the streets in and around Kensington Avenue. Eventually, by God's grace, Josh came to recovery through the principles embodied in the 12 steps, and became a speaker at Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings throughout the Mid-Atlantic area. Taking it a step father, the "God of his understanding" became the true God - his recovery was fully completed and confirmed when he accepted Jesus Christ.

Josh is blessed with God-given abilities which include gut-wrenching honesty, speaking talent, and the ability to cut through the baloney and get straight to the real issues at hand. He now uses these gifts in discipling men and in working with Step by Step, Summerfield's Christian-based recovery ministry.
