God loves you, even if our website sucks at the moment...
Summerfield-Siloam United Methodist Church is pleased to announce the hiring of Heidi Dryfhout as full-time Director of Youth, Children, and Family Ministries.
Ms. Dryfhout is a graduate of Northwestern University and a Masters of Social Work candidate at Temple University. She was previously employed as a full-time case manager with COMHAR.
Heidi first came to Fishtown as Kids Club coordinator for YouthWorks! in the summer of 2004, a position she returned to for the summer of 2005. She moved here at the end of 2005 and has served in a volunteer capacity as Summerfield's Children's Ministry coordinator. In addition to experience running weekly Kids Clubs and Sunday morning children's programs, she has worked with middle school and high school aged youth in leadership development.
On top of her busy school and work schedule, Heidi is an accomplished cross-country runner who has enjoyed getting to know Philadelphia's coffee shops.
