Summerfield-Siloam United Methodist Church is pleased to announce the hiring of Heidi Dryfhout as full-time Director of Youth, Children, and Family Ministries.
Ms. Dryfhout is a graduate of Northwestern University and a Masters of Social Work candidate at Temple University. She was previously employed as a full-time case manager with COMHAR.

Hi!
I'm glad you've found our website. And if you haven't already, I hope you'll find your way to one of the many awesome things God is doing here at Summerfield.
As you can see from the photo above, I don't look like most people's traditional thoughts of a pastor's appearance. I once described myself as more Jerry Garcia than Jerry Falwell. Sometimes folks think I take Jesus's words, "take no thought for what you will wear" a little too literally!
If I were to have a heart attack right at this moment, I hope I would have just enough air in my lungs and just enough strength in me to utter one last sentence as I fell to the floor: "What a ride!" - Mike Yaconelli
